Reaction Paper – Practical Long Test 2

Air dribbling and Zigzag relay are both useful in improving your skills in
basketball. Air dribbling helps you improve aerial control of the ball, while zigzag relay
helps you with ball handling and speed. There are many activities that you can do to
improve your skills in team sports aside from the two mentioned above. You can do
kettle bell training for you to improve your balance and coordination. Another activity
that will help you improve your agility, balance, and speed is ladder drill.
