 To use Pone & safely and correctly, read all instructions and safety information
provided in the manual before using your Vivo phone. We have stored the
detailed instructions in your mobile (Vivo, hereinafter referred to as the
Company) in the form of an electronic file. Read the instructions in the phone.
 The company is implementing a sustainable development strategy. This Manual and User
Guide will be updated periodically in accordance with changes that occur in the lawlaws,
regulations and standards related to this matter. Please operate the phone according to
the latest user manual. The content contained in the User's Manual has been compiled

embedded in the cellphone are also related to environmental conditions and local
service providers. Please use the cellphone in accordance with the actual conditions of

Safety instructions
Be sure to read the following simple safety rules carefully. Failure to comply with these
regulations could be dangerous or violate the law. This guide provides detailed safety
information. Read the "Important Safety Information".
Keep mobile phones away from children and pets
Keep mobile phones, headsets, batteries, chargers and all other components and
parts out of the reach of children and pets. Children and pets can swallow parts and
components, which can cause shortness of breath or other harm. Children should
use the cell phone with guidance from a parent or guardian.
Turn on the phone safely
Do not turn on your cell phone when there are restrictions on using cell phones or
when the use of cell phones may cause interference or danger.
Pay attention to traffic safety
Comply with the local laws and regulations. Drive your vehicle with two hands. The
first thing to think about is traffic safety when using a cell phone while driving.
Distraction
All radio equipment may cause interference, which could affect performance.
Switch off the phone near medical devices
Hospitals and health care institutions may use equipment that is sensitive to radio

and batteries can damage your phone and may be dangerous.
Water resistance
Your phone is not waterproof. Keep it dry.
Connect to other devices
When connecting your phone to another device, read the dart device instructions
for detailed safety instructions. Don't connect your phone to incompatible devices.
Emergency call
Make sure the phone is in the network service area and is turned on. Enter the
required emergency call number, place the call, and tell the recipient of your
location. Don't hang up your phone unless you are allowed to.

Important safety information


For safe and effective use of your mobile phone, please read the following instructions
before use.

Operating Environment
Turn off the cell phone and pay attention to any writing or drawings in any place where
explosions could be triggered. Areas that may be prone to explosion include those where it
is generally recommended to turn off the engine of the vehicle. In such places, sparks can
trigger an explosion or fire, resulting in injury and even death. Turn off your cell phone at
gas stations, for example, when approaching the fuel pipes at gas stations. Comply with the
requirements for the use of radio transmitting equipment in fuel warehouses (fuel storage
and distribution areas), chemical plants or places where explosions may occur. Areas with a
potential explosion hazard generally have clear signs (but not all areas have signs). Such
places include: holdings, chemical transfer or storage facilities, areas where the air contains
chemicals or particulates (for example, particles, dust or metal dust). Check with the
manufacturers of vehicles using LPG (for example, propane or butane) to determine if your
cell phone can be used in their vicinity.
Hospitals and medical devices
Operation of all equipment emitting radio waves (including your mobile phone) may
interfere with the function of poorly protected medical devices. If you have questions or are
unsure whether a medical device can block external radio frequency energy, contact your
doctor or medical device manufacturer. Turn off your cell phone in hospitals or health care
locations where cell phones are otherwise required to be switched off. Hospitals and health
care institutions may be using equipment that is sensitive to radio frequency.
• Pacemaker and Implanted Cardioverter Defibrillator. If the cell phone is switched on,
make sure the distance from the pacemaker or ICD is not less than 16 cm (approx. 6
ind). Do not place your phone in your coat pocket. Use the cell phone as far as possible
from the pacemaker or ICD to reduce the potential for interference. If there are signs of
interference, turn off the cell phone immediately.
• Hearing aids, cochlear implants: Certain digital radio devices may interfere with certain
hearing aids or cochlear implants. If such interference occurs, contact the manufacturer
for a solution.
• Other medical devices: If you or others around you use other medical devices, check
with the manufacturer of those devices to determine if they can block the surrounding
RF signals. Or you can contact your doctor to learn related information.

Vehicle and traffic safety


• Driving is your main duty when driving. Pay attention to safety when driving. If you use
your cell phone while driving, be sure to check the applicable regulations of the region
or country where you are located.
• Make sure to turn off your cell phone as prescribed while on an airplane. If you wish to
use your cell phone, be sure to follow the instructions from the crew.

Battery usage considerations


• Do not dispose of used batteries in general household waste. In areas where laws
regarding the disposal of used batteries apply, be sure to comply with applicable local
authority requirements to protect the environment.
• Do not short the battery. Short-circuiting that occurs with some metal objects (for
example, keys, jewelry, power lines, coins or other conductors) can accidentally connect
the positive and negative ends of a battery. Short-circuiting can damage the battery or
objects connected to it, resulting in property damage or personal injury.
• It is strictly forbidden to throw the battery into a fire or place it in a location with high
temperature to avoid battery leakage, overheating or fire.
• It is strictly forbidden to disassemble, weld or modify the battery, as well as place the
battery in a place where it is prone to collision with mechanical machines or
intentionally strike hard objects against the battery, as this may result in battery
leakage, overheating or fire.
• Do not disassemble, press, heat or burn the built-in battery (the battery that is attached
to the mobile phone), touch or pry it out with sharp objects or a screwdriver, as the
above actions may cause fire or may cause the battery to catch fire.
• Use of the battery other than for its intended purpose is prohibited. Using damaged
chargers or batteries is prohibited. If the temperature feels too hot or too high, changes
in color, shape up to swelling or leaks during use, charging or standby, stop using it
immediately and replace it with a new battery to avoid safety problems.
• The battery is not waterproof. Do not use or charge the battery in areas with high
temperature and humidity such as kitchens and bathrooms, etc.

charging to avoid a fire hazard as the battery temperature can increase.

Charger considerations
• Use the charger indoors.
• Do not make or answer calls while it is charging. Do not charge your cell phone or make
and answer calls during bad weather, as this may cause an electric shock or fire hazard.
• Do not short, disassemble or modify the charger as this may result in personal injury,
electric shock, fire or charger damage.
• The charger is not waterproof. Do not use the charger or charge the battery in areas
with high temperature and humidity such as kitchens and bathrooms as this can cause
hazards such as electric shock, fire or charger damage.
• If there is no battery installed in the phone, do not charge it.
• Do not use the charger if the power cord is damaged as this may cause electric shock or
fire.

Headset use considerations


• Excessive exposure to strong sounds can cause hearing damage.
• Listening to music or talking at high volume in a headset may result in ear discomfort or
hearing damage.
• Ensure that the headset cable does not get wrapped around your hands or other
objects when using the headset while walking or moving.
• Electrostatic charge can accumulate in the headset when used in dry environments and
can give an electric shock to your ears. Before connecting the headset to your mobile
phone, you can wash your hands or touch metal without pre-coating to dissipate
electrostatic charges.

Consider using a SIM card, SD card and data cable


• Seat insert / remove SIM card, SD card or data cable connected to the cellphone, make

Other important safety information

Immediately contact your local Vivo service center or after-sales service if your
cellphone, charger or other accessories are not working properly.
• Do not aim the flash light at nearby human or animal mats when using it. Using flash
lights that are too close to the eye can cause visual impairment or temporary blindness
or permanent vision damage.
• If the phone heats up while using a program that uses a lot of power or uses certain
programs on the phone for an extended period of time, it is normal and the lifespan or
performance of the phone will not be affected.
• If the phone is too hot, stop using the phone or application programs for a few days.
Prolonged skin contact with high-temperature cell phones can cause minor burns, such
as rashes or hyperpigmentation.

Maintenance and servicing

• Do not clean your phone using chemical solvents or cleaners. To clean your phone, wipe
the case with a soft cotton cloth sprinkled with clear water or neutral soap.
• Clean the lens (for example, the camera lens) and display screen with a clean, dry, soft
cloth.
• Don't paint your phone with pigment. Pigments can clog cell phone parts and interfere
with normal operation.

Warranty Card Reminder


Customer oriented, we strive to protect your rights and interests as far as possible. Keep in
mind that:
1. When your phone needs service (upgrade or repair), copy the phone number and other
information stored in the phone before deleting it to avoid information loss or leakage.
2. Bring the receipt and proof of purchase (the receipt and proof of purchase must be
filled in completely by the shop and stamped with the official seal, without any changes.
Otherwise, the receipt and proof of purchase will be considered invalid). Don't tear off
the IMEI sticker. If you do so, the warranty will be invalid.
3. If the replacement conditions are met, the damaged component will be replaced. If the
phone is damaged, only the unit of the phone will be replaced, if the battery is
damaged, only the battery will be replaced. Other items, such as decorative nameplates
and case materials will not be replaced.
4. For cellphones that are damaged due to reasons not caused by the quality of the
cellphone (for example, because water / moisture gets into the cellphone, falls and
misuse), or because it has been dismantled without permission or has been repaired at
a repair place not appointed by the Company and mobile phones whose warranty period
has expired, the Company may provide repair services under certain payment terms to
be charged accordingly.
5. If there is another problem with the phone which is affected, for example, by ingress of
moisture / liquid, is badly damaged or modified without permission after repair, or the
user can make a phone call before repair but cannot do it after repair or the phone
cannot be turned on, this is because at your own fault, and the Company will not be
responsible for returning the phone to its original status.
6. In order to provide better service to you, please keep your warranty card, proof of
purchase and repair documents properly.
7. The customer service center address and telephone number listed on the warranty card
is valid from the date of issue. If there is a change, we will not notify you in advance.

Vivo Warranty Guide


A. Replacement and Repair Rules
You can enjoy a warranty in the form of replacement or repair services by including
proof of purchase that is soh to overcome any problems or functional problems, both
from the cellphone and the accessories that accompany it.
1. If there is a functional failure due to quality problems of the phone, you are entitled
to a free replacement within 15 days of purchase and a one year warranty.
2. For batteries, chargers, USB cables, wired headsets, and SD cards, you are entitled
to free repair service within 6 months from the date of product purchase.
3. In order to receive warranty replacement and repair service, you must present a
valid proof of purchase.
4. Other products related to the product (such as the Quick Start Guide and warranty
cards) are not covered under the replacement and repair service warranties.
B. Warranty Repair Instructions
1. Repair service warranty will be considered valid only if the phone is used normally.
If your phone is damaged for reasons other than the quality of your phone or as a
result of any of the following situations, you are not entitled to warranty
replacement or repair services, and your phone may still be sent to a semis center
for repair, but you must bear the costs yourself.
1.1. Has passed the warranty period for replacement or repair service;
1.2. There is no valid proof of purchase, but you can prove that the phone is still
within the warranty period for replacement or repair service;
1.3. Is' and valid proof of purchase does not match the label on the phone or
has been changed;
1.4. The mobile phone is damaged as a result and the failure to use, maintain
and service the phone according to the Instructions
1.5. The cellphone is damaged due to dismantling by semis services that are not
approved by the Company;

1.8. Phone damage caused by using non-original accessories (chargers, USB
cables) is not covered under the replacement and repair warranty.
2. To repair a cellphone that is badly damaged due to human factors such as water
getting into the cellphone or being dropped and damaged, the user must first sign
a repair agreement with the service provider.
3. You can replace or repair your cellphone at one of the service providers in the
Company's service network.
4. All parts and components and accessories replaced during the warranty period
become the property of the Company.

C. Consider sending the phone in for repair and taking it back


1. Customer must complete a "Repair Worksheet" upon request, handwriting must be
clear, and information provided (name, address, telephone number and symptoms
of failure) must be valid.
2. Before sending your phone for repair, please copy important information (for
example, phone number) stored in your phone to avoid loss or leakage.
3. The customer needs to submit a user copy of the "Repair Submission Form" to
retrieve the phone and in the meantime request a service to provide a "Repair
Worksheet." If the customer loses the user's copy of the Repair Submission Form,
the customer must provide a valid ID or proof of identity to carry out the loss
reporting procedure before the cellphone can be retrieved within 7 days.
4. If you pay by check, the cellphone can be taken back after the funds are in the
service account.
