We have just returned from the Global Rally in Stockholm. I was
privileged to be a part of this event. As always it was exciting to be
able to recognise the great leaders and rub shoulders with them.
Almost 20 million US $ (Rs.140 Crores approx.) was distributed in
Chairman’s Bonus. Can anything be bigger than that?
The more I interact with all the great FBO’s present in these events,
the more I realize that we truly are in a PEOPLE Business and
what a remarkable company we are. There is a misconception in
business that we need to be tough, hard faced and overbearing.
Lots of times the pressure we face while trying to excel increases
our stress levels and challenges the limits of our patience. How
we behave in such situations helps in our development as
leaders. In fact, great leaders always appear to be in complete
control, regardless of what’s going on inside. One example of
such behaviour is simple politeness when handling rejection.
When somebody tells you they are not interested in our business
opportunity, they are really saying ‘not yet’ or ‘the time is not right
for me’.
Amongst all these learnings let’s not forget the other exciting
things that transpired. Some great new products were launched
which would be available in India after the necessary regulatory
clearances.
Great new locations for the trips in 2020 were announced-The
EMR20 in Bahamas and GR20 in Sydney. Immediately after came
the new simpler qualifying criteria with ‘Soar to Sydney’. I believe
this has already created a lot of buzz in India. We have built up
a great momentum in 2019 and I believe we should really aim at
taking a large contingent of Eagle Managers to Bahamas and an
even bigger group to Sydney. We are already into the fifth month

This year rally was in Stockholm which is one of the most
beautiful cities of Europe and is situated on 14 islands. We stayed
in the famous Sheraton Stockholm hotel which is situated at a
prominent central location just near the Royal Palace. A crowd
of 15000 excited and lively people from 160 countries witnessed
the mesmerising event. A sum of about 140 crore rupees was
distributed in chairman bonus during the rally.
In India there is very less awareness of network marketing at
less than 1% whereas in developed countries it is between
15% to 45%.That way it is just the start of network marketing
in India and this industry is likely to explode in India soon. From
now onwards to the year 2025, it is golden period for network
marketing in India.

My journey started in July 2015 when I was studying and

was tensed about my Career. An opportunity popped up in
the form of Forever Living and there was no looking back.
When I first entered the Delhi RDO, I didn’t understand
anything about the company but the environment was really
very positive and fascinating, it inspired me to come again.

I achieved my AS level in 14days and my first cheque was

of `9280.64. With a learning attitude I got more knowledge
from the trainings and from my uplines which helped me
to expand my team. I achieved my Supervisor level in
December 2015 and AM level in May 2016. Later that year
I achieved my childhood dream of a Car, and in the same
year I achieved the Manager level. By the end of the year my
cheque was `1,09,423.87.

My passion for ranking high in the system kept increasing and

I achieved Car plan 1 and soon became a Senior Manager.
Some other achievements in my kitty are Managers Retreat,
Eagle Managers Retreat and now Global Rally.

My journey was not very smooth, everyone was against my

decision including my friends and family. I was nicknamed
as Aloe Vera. My parents were worried about my career but
gradually their doubt turned into belief when they saw the
results of the products, and my growing cheques.

number of the FBO. (4) While processing the order, the FLP representative will ask you to provide with OTP sent through SMS. Without the
OTP the order CANNOT be processed.

• Orders with Payment on Delivery Facility will be accepted for deliveries within Delhi prior to the last 5 working days of the month and for Mumbai prior to last 2 working days of the month. • Please safeguard your money
