Course : Mechanics & Graphics

ECE 1st Sem Dec. To Mar 2020

Evaluation Scheme

Theory:

Theory Teachers assessment (TA) = 20 marks (based on your 5 assignemnts and or 5 quiz’s)

Theory midsem exam = 30 marks

End sem exam MCQ = 20 marks (see academic calendar for date of exam)
End sem Exam Subjective = 30 marks

Total Theory marks = 100 marks

Lab:

1) 10 lab assignments (05 marks each) = 50 marks

2) 05 report sheets (06 marks each) = 30 marks
3) Lab oral VIVA VORCE = 20 marks

Total Lab marks = 100 marks

Grand total out of 100 for Grading = (0.75 * Theory marks one gets out of 100) + (0.25 * Lab
marks one gets out of 100)

Grading AA to FF will be based on this grand total 100 marks.

For example, a student gets 70 out of theory 100 and 80 out of lab 100 marks, then
his grand total out of 100 will be = (0.75 * 70) + (0.25 * 80) = 52.5 + 20 = 72.5.
This 72.5 marks would be used for awarding grade.
