ARAMCO INSPECTION SERVICES PRIVACY NOTICE AND CONSENT FORM

Saudi Aramco and its affiliates follow strict corporate guidelines to protect personal data to ensure
compliance with local data protection regulations.

In this Privacy Notice and Consent Form (the ‘Form’), Saudi Aramco informs you of the nature of the
personal data collected and held in its files and the purposes of the processing for the ultimate benefit of
Saudi Aramco and/or legal entities, separate and distinct from Saudi Aramco, in which Saudi Aramco has
at least 50 percent direct or indirect ownership or otherwise controls (“Affiliates”), as the case may be.

The Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data


You have been nominated by McDermott Middle East Inc. to perform inspection services pursuant to a
contract between Saudi Aramco and/or it affiliates McDermott Middle East Inc.. In order for Saudi Aramco
and/or Affiliates to determine your suitability to perform inspections you will be required to provide Saudi
Aramco with relevant personal information.
The personal information that you provide Saudi Aramco is only kept and processed in connection with
your suitability and (potential) performance of inspection services. Specific purposes for collecting your
personal data includes, but is not limited to: (1) identifying, screening, assessing, and selecting inspectors
to be considered for carrying out inspection services for the ultimate benefit of Saudi Aramco and/or
Affiliates; (2) and if selected to conduct inspection services for McDermott Middle East Inc., the personal
data is used in communications and in the carrying out of such services. We collect this information to
perform the contract we have McDermott Middle East Inc., and to pursue our legitimate business
interests.
Personal Data Stored by Aramco
The information kept in electronic system and physical files could include the following categories of
personal data:
 Contact names;
 Business addresses;
 Business contact telephone numbers;
 Business Email addresses;
 Job titles;
 Curriculum vitae information or similar experience/qualification information (certificates, licenses
etc.) only on an as needed basis;
 Letters of recommendation and references relating to past job performance;
 Qualification test results
 Other information needed or permitted under applicable law.

Your Rights
Under applicable law, you have rights regarding your personal data. You may have the right to:
 Access your personal data;
 Rectify your personal data (add to or update/correct some of your personal data);
 Request the erasure of your personal data;
 Restrict the processing of your personal data;
 Object to the processing of your personal data;
 Portability of your personal data.

Handling of Your Personal Data


Please note that Saudi Aramco has limited the access to the personal data that you provide to only the
individuals within Saudi Aramco, and its affiliates and service providers that need to know and need to
have access to carry out their own function. In order to safeguard your personal data, Aramco has
agreements in place with the aforementioned service providers that have access to the data.
All Saudi Aramco and/or Affiliates and its affiliate personnel who have access to your personal data
operate under strict corporate guidelines to ensure the protection of the data and compliance with local
data security regulations.
International Transfers
By continuing with this registration, you acknowledge that you are aware that the data that you provide
will leave Saudi Arabia and be stored and available in other jurisdictions outside the Saudi Arabia. In
order to transfer the personal data in compliance with applicable laws, Saudi Aramco has Data Transfer
Agreements with its affiliates.
Retention
Information of (potential) inspectors will be kept on file by Saudi Aramco and affiliates as long as it serves
a (potential) commercial purpose. After this purpose has ended Saudi Aramco and affiliates will retain the
information for a period of time as may be required by law and/or to protect Saudi Aramco and affiliate’s
legal interests. Saudi Aramco will not keep any information for longer than is necessary and when Saudi
Aramco or affiliates no longer need the information, Saudi Aramco will securely destroy it in accordance
with Saudi Aramco internal policies or anonymize it.
You may request earlier deletion by contacting Saudi Aramco in writing at the address above.

Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the content of the privacy notice. I acknowledge
that the processing and sharing of my data with Saudi Aramco and its affiliates and service
providers worldwide for the purposes and in the circumstances described above.

inspection projects in which you consent and agree that Aramco will retain your qualification and
personal data for consideration for other future projects.
