1.Purpose of this document [TSSR]


To agree between all parties involved in the site survey, implementation and handover teams on both the
design as well as the Health & Safety arrangements, as stated in the local regulations. This document is, when
fully signed, the go-order for preparing the Engineering Package and to begin the final lease negotiations.

With signing this document, undersigned persons agree with the basic layout and the Health & Safety
arrangements of this site.
