Recruiting employees

In a company it is certain to find or recruit one or more employees to be employed in the

company. But there are some companies that choose to recruit employees who work
independently, and also innovative, there are also companies that prefer to recruit employees
who are able to work in teams and follow instructions from superiors or managers.

In large companies or companies that already have a lot of advantages and many employees who
work, of course they would choose to recruit employees who can work together in a team, why?
because in the company is not only 1-50 people who work, but 100-500 people who become
employees in the company, so the leaders of the company will prefer to recruit employees who
can work together in a team. If one of the employees working in the company is on leave or not
on the job, then one of their employees will understand what is being work by people who are
not in the company (not coming to work).

While small companies, the leaders of these companies usually prefer people who can work
individually and work independently, why? because the company does not have many
employees, so the selected employees usually have to work invidual because if the employee
does not come to work there is no substitute except the leaders of the company.

So it can be concluded, in recruiting employees in my opinion must have all the criteria such as
innovative, able to work independently and in teams, and follow the instructions of the leaders,
so that the company will be smooth in running the company.
