Documentary Requirements are generated by the Online ECC System depending on the type of project and can be downloaded

from the system. Other Documents required are the

following:
 Geotagged Photos of Project Site
 Topographic Map of impact/affected areas
 Certification of Compatibility to Land Use Plan
 Project Development Layout
 Site Development Plan and Scheme Design
 Schematic Diagram of Wastewater Treatment Facility
 Schematic Diagram of Air Pollution Control Facility
 Organizational Chart in charge on Environmental Concerns
 Duly Accomplished Notarized Accountability Statement of Proponent
 Affidavit of No Complaint

application process
