A distributor is an intermediary entity between the producer of a product and another entity in
the distribution channel or supply chain, such as a retailer, a value-added reseller (VAR) or a
system integrator (SI).

Day to Day Activities:
Make orders to HUL, taking invoices, billing and delivering the products
Maintains SOP (standard operation plan) and does work accordingly
Inventory management -
Stock maintain happens once in every month.
Follow the method of FIFO (first come first serve) for distributing the products
Damaged and expired stock is kept aside and after the audit for HUL, those products
are sent to the company and amount is credited back
Montly operation cycle from 21- 20 of every month
Based on these, schemes and new products are published
Targets -
Reaching the targets which is based on previous year performance.
