did each of the things and write their name at the start of the sentence.

Before class, make one copy of the worksheet for each student.
Procedure
Working alone, students write down the past simple yes/no questions, they need to ask in
the activity. After they have finished, check the questions with the students.
Next, tell the class that they must find one student who did each activity on the worksheet
and write his or her name at the start of the sentence.
Students then move around the room asking each other the questions they have prepared.
When a student gets a positive answer, he or she writes the other student’s name at the
start of the sentence.
The student should then move on and talk to another student. Students only need to collect
one name for each activity, but they should try to collect as many different names as
possible.
Encourage students to ask a follow-up question for each activity before moving on to
someone else.
Finally, students share the most interesting things they have found out with the whole class.
