My name is Andrea Florence G. Vidal; I am in my third year at Christ the King College,
Gingoog City where I am currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. I am so
grateful that I have been chosen as one of the CHED-TDP beneficiaries.

Unfortunately, I have just been notified that my current scholarship implementing rules and
regulations from our Local Government Unit of Gingoog is in conflict and to waive any
government scholarship grant thereof. Thus, I am writing this letter of request to waive my
scholarship from CHED-TDP.
