I would like to thank the entire TSN team for their dedication and support towards me.

Bitter sweet
symphony, but the truth I must say before I leave this place. This feedback is not intended to hurt
personal feeling of anyone. But rather, it is solely personal stimulation feeling about workplace around
TSN. So, this feedback may play vital implication or not in coming future at TSN. It will just purely a geo-
vison what kind of culture has been faced by a new comer and how this currently running culture affect
the working environment.

Lack of decision making in the meantime has really proven down fall in every task. Untimely schedule
and improper job handling make every one hurdle in their workforce. No one has given a proper
responsibility what should be done and when should be done. This vibe isolates everyone in lacking
position. No one maintains the classified or confidential information within a management. This problem
drag management inefficient in handing daily basis work.

Blaming and blaming for others is the main game in this workforce. No one gives a credit for worthy
responsibility, only blame for the wrong timing this cannot be done or that. Whether this is a culture or
chronic part, it’s really hard to understand it. Untimely payment for everyone, how would someone
knob itself. If an organization is having this kind of bug within in its heart. Than every staff will have a
low satisfaction with their performance. And it will surely hamper in the productivity of the organization.
Waiting on the edge and supporting for the unnecessary people has been a culture of this organization.

Team work is completely nil in every aspect of the organization. Without teamwork, effective result is
almost in a failure state. The organization should think about team management. Proper induction
should be implemented, when new one has arrived in new a place. Everyone feels chaos at the very first
week.

There must be a departmental meeting in every week or within 15 days. It will provide all the relevant
information about what is happening and what are the core problem that are running in the
organization. This gives a pictorial issue of what should be done and how it will be solved. The
organization is facing proper mechanism of reporting engine issue. Nobody provide a reporting line
manager to whom it should be reported or when.

Provide the necessary tools or resources for timely work complementation. Time consuming or lethargy
process have delay in working time. This issue gives many staff in undermining their work and they leave
too quickly from the organization. Cross departmental work should be categories. So that every
department can work parallelly. Set the well define an objective for every departmental work. There
must be department head (HOD) for handing staff output. It will easy to work and implement the policy
procedure. Without it on one will take the responsibility of handing staff behavior, labour issue etc.

This is just a constructive feedback to management. Management has its own choice what will be the
next step in time to come. To overcome this problem, management has to think wisely. Last but not
certainty the least, management should also provide the decentralized decision-making mechanism to
gain a possible result in time. Management should avoid the traditional working system, which has
caused a delay in working structure. Management should really focus on employee engagement, talent
acquisition, training and development and in Job costing analysis too. My best wishes are always with
