    RE: APPLICATION TO HAVE TWO MIBAWA TREES CUT DOWN -


    PLOT NUMBER LK/1263, LIKABULA (MICHIRU), BLANTYRE

    I write to request for your approval to have two Mibawa trees cut down on the
    above dwelling premises.

    Your officer, Priscilla, already inspected the premises and said trees in 2018
    when I initially visited the City Assembly enquiring on the same and I was
    advised of the requirement to write you, Sir, in this regard when ready to have
    the said two trees cut down.

    The trees are very very old and dangerously close to the premises’s
    fence/entrance. The trees’ roots are exposed due to soil erosion.

    Your favourable approval in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
