RE: ANNUAL SALARY INCREMENT – 2019

We are pleased to advise you that the Board, at its Meeting in December 2018,
approved performance based salary increment pegged at 10% maximum
increment for all staff in your grade of D5 effective January 1, 2019, subject to one’s
annual appraisal score.

Consequently, based on your performance score of 90%, your 2019 annual increment
will be 100% of 10% which translates to MK250,000.00. This means that your new
monthly salary, effective August 1, 2019 is MK2,750,000.00.
