Year-End Message by the CEO

To our Ausphin Trainees & Graduates,

As the end of year draws near we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for an
amazing year. The trust you have given us is based on the relationships we have built over the
years, and we really wouldn’t be where we are without you. Over this past year we have added
you to the Ausphin Family and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with, and for you. Our
passion for helping our Trainees & Graduates find amazing opportunities and new careers
remains strong.

No matter what the economic climate has been, we have persevered together as an AUSPHIN
FAMILY and came out stronger. Often we find our greatest successes in the most surprising
places. We are sure it has been the same for you.

Now we are excited for 2019 and what it has in store for us – enthusiasm and anticipation are
building around new opportunities in all our locations worldwide. Stay tuned for more details in
the new year.

Working together this past year has been a pleasure and we’re proud to have you all with us.
