    Internship Offer Letter

    Dear Ms. Karuna Vaishnav,

    We are pleased to offer you an educational internship opportunity as a “Trainee” with Tradebulls
    Securities (P) Ltd for the period of 20th May 2019 to 5th Jul 2019. Your duties & assignment for this
    position will be described to you in your orientation. As you will be receiving academic credit for this
    position, you will not be paid any stipend.

    Your internship is expected to end on 5th Jul, 2019. However, your internship with the company is “at-
    will”, which means that either you or the company may end your internship at any time, with or without
    cause and with or without notice.

    During your employment, you may have access to trade secrets and confidential business information
    belonging to the company. By accepting this offer of employment, you acknowledge that you must keep
    all your information strictly confidential, and refrain from using it for your own purpose or from
    disclosing it to anyone outside the company.
