believe this?” 27 She said to him, “Yes, Lord; I believe that you are the
Christ, the Son of God, who is coming into the world.”

The Reality about Death:

Death is Painful- Jesus Wept (v.35) friends wept
Death is expensive- ( pay for mourners )
The Malaysian 14-Karat Gold Coffin is the most expensive coffin in the world. It costs
$217,000 (about N78 million). Bayad sa lub-ganan, bayad sa simbahan…
Death is Real/sure – Lazarus died
Death is inevitable- untimely in many ways
Death is not the end- (Psalm 23:6)
Its just the beginning for family to come together here and the departed
with God for eternity.

1. Death Brings People together- (reunion) now and in eternity

- A time to share love and kindness
- A time for forgiveness and restoration/reconciliation. (away sa
lupa, sa kwarta, sa mana etc.)
- A time to value each other- (Kobe Bryant and his daughter death)
Give time and talk to them be good to them, treat them, laugh
with them, - missed nyo na ba papa nyo?
2. Death brings us back to our Creator.
- A time where we can hear sermons as a reminder to us that we
need God
- A time where we realize how important is the CHURCH to us.
(go to church, listen to sermons, bring your family with you)
- A time where God is calling us to repent, change our ways, come
back to God.Death brings us to our finite, limited, imperfect
situation. I am a sinner in need of a savior.

3. Death brings us to the Truth- Jesus is our Savior and there is eternal
life in Him and a place called heaven.

- Heaven is real- (Jesus promised us about it)

- Eternal life is sure ( Jesus died for us to have it)
- We can be with Jesus forever- ( Jesus will bring us with Him)
