1. People
 As the people wanted the boards that had already been built, tested, and fire rated. After
recognising people’s demand in dry wall segment Serious materials hired a couple of consultants
who had experience in building materials and dry wall and introduced dry wall products which
uses polymer combined with certain board systems, resulted in a good sound deadening
material which is as effective as six layers of traditional drywall. And they also priced the dry wall
reasonably when compared to other competitors in the market which created a good value for
money product and helps to save people’s money versus other reliable products.
 After the expansion of quite window brand by acquiring three window manufacturers, serious
materials introduced the windows which are ultra-energy efficient, heat resistant and also
provided with superior insulation when compared to any traditional windows, which resulted in
energy savings better than traditional dual pane windows. The windows form serious materials
helped to save more energy and cost less than any other window period, which created a huge
value for people and helped the people to save tens of thousands of dollars over the life of their
windows by using serious windows.

2. Profit
 After introducing the serious windows which are ultra-energy saving material and eco rock
which uses 80% less energy to produce and emits less carbon-di-oxide and also acts as an
effective sound deadening material, which provided 75% noise reduction over standard drywall.
The company enjoyed lots and lots of success with repeated buyers and generated the revenue
of around $20 million in the year 2008.

3. Planet
 Serious Materials changed its corporate mission to incorporate the goal of reducing
carbon dioxide emissions by one billion tons and began development on Eco Rock, which
is produced with 80% less energy than traditional drywall. As a result, this manufacturing
process would generate 80% less carbon dioxide emissions, the eco rock eliminated the
use of raw gypsum, and instead used 80% recycled content. When mixed together, the
chemical materials in Eco Rock reacted to form drywall, rather than relying on external
heat to force a reaction, which resulted in saving energy and generated less dust than
traditional drywall. All these sustainable strategies put together serious materials is not
only helping the people to save their money by introducing the value for money
materials but also helping to save the planet by reducing the greenhouse emissions.
