IV. Participants: PHYSICAL EDUCATION STUDENTS ( CAHS, CEAT, CAS,
COBE, CTE)
V. Background/Rationale:

PE WITH A SPECIAL PURPOSE: Courses in Physical Education with a special

purpose- In PE 002 we will allow you to develop further expertise in particular
areas of interest, building your own program of study relating to your further
career aspirations. Areas of Special Interest. With the course description How to
PREVENT, PREPARE, RESPOND AND RECOVER IN THE FACE OF
EMERGENCIES AND DISASTERS.

The Physical Education Instructors students agreed that on MAY 4, 2019, they
will air their grievances, academic problems for guidance and advising to Dr.
Gerardo S. Garcia, the acting dean of CTE; they will give gifts to their teachers;
and have a boodle fight to eat as one big family- each year level will bring two (2)
menu and likewise the CTE faculty members will also share two(2) menu.

VI. Objective/s:

1. To express our gratitude to the teachers by having a boodle fight for lunch to
eat together as one big family;
2. Students air their grievances, academic problems and seek advice from the
dean;
3. To enhance harmonious relationship between the students and teachers; and

VII. Approach/Process:

1. The CTE students and faculty members will decide the menus they bring;
2. The student will go to the dean’s office to air their problems and seek
guidance from the acting dean;
VIII. Expected Outcome:
1. 100% attendance of CTE students and faculty members
2. Harmonious relationship between the faculty and students
