GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR PEDIATRIC ASSESSMENT

1. Week 4 and Week 5 activity will be focused on Pediatric Assessment. There will be 2 case
scenario that will be given for analysis.

2. Use the 2 case scenario in filling up the Pediatric Assessment Tool. There will be two assessment
forms that will be submitted for the said activity.

3. Per RLE group, conduct and schedule a brainstorming activity to discuss on each case. Record
your google meet to document meetings of RLE groups. For better documentation, label each
google meet with PAC1 and PAC2.

4. The RLE group leader will gather the group’s questions and clarifications. Reserve your questions
during the synchronous meeting with the RLE Clinical Instructor.

Blocks DEF – Thursday – Jan 14

5. Use the uploaded Pediatric Assessment Tool

6. Google meet link schedules will be schedule per RLE CI. Keep yourself updated in the link.

7. Pediatric Assessment Tool will be submitted in the Assignment section in the eLearn on Jan 16,
2021 Saturday.

8. For Oral Case Presentation schedule: RLE CI will provide the schedule and the link for each RLE
group.
