Going on a journey in field of teaching is a great adventure through one’s learnings

and willingness to learn new knowledge and adapt to the possible changes along the way.
Teachers able to teach through their knowledge and experiences in their profession. Teaching
needs a wide perspective and it is a duty that will create a classroom with equality that
produces competent professionals in the future despite of individual’s differences.
As a future educator it is very important to know about the history of inclusive
education and its objectives towards its specific subject. Through this I clearly understand the
nature of the so-called inclusive education. Someday, if God will allow me to teach I will
create a classroom with equality in it despite of the differences that each students has.
Children’s education starts at home and continue to evolve within the classroom, in the
classroom setting it necessary to ensure that all students are treated equally, given the chance
to share and participate in activities without barriers. An inclusive education classroom is a
classroom that will let the students’ with or without disabilities interact with each other. If my
calling becomes my reality I’ll make strategies that will help my students to acquire learnings
in the most convenient way. Teaching is not just about how a teacher shares her knowledge
but also letting her students understand and apply what they have learned into real life
situations. Guiding and teaching students to become well-mannered and knowledgeable on
how they should act and behave towards others and for them to become a competent citizen
of this country.
Every citizen of this country has the right to education. This is why laws are there.
These laws protects and ensures that everyone will acquire education equally and treated
without discrimination. As a future teacher it is a necessity to learn about these laws so that in
the future I will be able to do my duty according to how it supposed to be. As a teacher it is
important to have knowledge about the laws circulating inside and outside his/her profession.
Knowing the laws is useless if a teacher does know how to implement it in the classroom, so
knowledge must go with actions.
In conclusion to this, as a future teacher it is important to be knowledgeable to those
matter that are related to teaching profession. It is very important that despite of the
differences of the students teachers must encourage them to continue learning by providing
them a classroom where they can express themselves freely and confidently. Having such
kind of classroom will decrease the number of out of school youth.
