Management responsibilities
John Lewis
John Lewis is responsible for working with various sponsor to oversee the charity, set overall strategic
directions, manage risk, and authorise large financial transactions.
Riya Hart
Riya is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company. Kim oversees the coordination, as well as
the structural separation, of the Residential, Commercial, and Investments centres. Riya is responsible
for sponsoring projects which affect operations of the organisation as a whole. Riya works with the
Human Resources Manager to coordinate systems and projects in order to achieve company-wide
synergy.
Mark Henry
Mark is responsible for the productive capacity and welfare of people at MLR. Mark will need to ensure
aspects of the recently launched WHS management system, such as risk assessment, management,
consulting, reporting and continuous improvement, are coordinated with all subsequent activities.
Peter Williams
Peter is responsible for the management of all aspects of fund generated. Peter manages the activities
of fund.

Responsibility Max Lionel Realty management and employees are ultimately responsible for ensuring
that safe systems of work are established, implemented and maintained.
Management is responsible for: the effective implementation and regular review of WHS procedures
consultation with employees regarding health and safety issues and changes to legislation and/or
working practices which may affect the health, safety or welfare of employee
providing support, training, and supervision to employees to ensure safe and healthy workplace
practices are carried out, including relevant first aid training where appropriate
the provision of adequate resources for employees to meet the WHS commitment, including an up-to-

Risk
Risk is project can be break down into five elements. They are risk event, probability, risk timeframe,
impact and factor. The major risk faced in project are:
• Performance risk: It is a type of risk associated with failure to complete the project with project
specification.
• Schedule risk: This risk arises when activities of the project takes longer time than expected
• Cost risk: It results as a problem in poor cost estimation and scope creep.
Besides it, most prominent risk taking place in project are legal risk, governance risk, operational risk,
strategic risk and market risk.
Risk assessment
(i) Identification of potential risks: There exist a wide range of risk in the project affecting the
customer. By performing brainstorming in the project planning process probabilities of different
types of understood and assessed.
(ii) Determining probability: It is difficult to predict the occurrence of risk. Each risk has equal
amount of chances of occurrence. Rating of risk into high, low and medium probability can
determine the degree of risk.
(iii) Determining impact: Risk hold a huge impact on a project. Through identification of risk based
on their level helps overcome risk.
