Contract for Photography Services: Date _____________

• A $20 non-refundable retainer is required within 48 hours of booking date. This can be paid via
Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, or Credit Card by phone (3% processing fee for this option). This fee
secures your session. NO REFUNDS granted on any session.
• Remaining balance to be paid on the day of session via Cash, Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, or card
(3% processing fee for this option).
• A 24 hour notice is required when rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in loss of retainer
and possible termination of session.
• The result of 2 or more cancellations will terminate the shoot and photographer will keep down
payment as opportunity cost. **Temporarily this will only be waived if provided an up to
date positive Covid test in Client's household.**
• Client must confirm their appointment within 24 hours of contact, failure to do so will result in
a one time opportunity to reschedule their appointment.
• A travel distance of over 20 miles from my home in Danville is an additional charge of 3.00 per
mile.

• Any additional travel distance above 20 miles ($60) is negotiable. Just ask! :)
• Digital images come with a print release. Copyright stays with the photographer. This means
you may print your photographs at any location you would like. However, you may not edit
photos in anyway. Adding a filter would be a breach of contract. This is to ensure work is
portrayed correctly and consistently. Photographer obtains the right to share photos publicly for
business purposes unless otherwise requested by the client before the session.
• Digital packages will come with a minimum amount of photos. These photos are photographer
chosen and may not be changed. Any additional photographs suitable for editing will be added
to an online gallery and client will be given the option to upgrade the package.
• Full sessions may NOT be changed to an existing digital package after session. Payment for a
full session is different because of time spent, multiple locations & number of photos taken. If
you decide you would like to purchase your Full Session as digital images you may do so.
However, price will be determined by number of photos. This do not align with regular digital
package pricing for said reasons.
• Digital images are delivered for free via DropBox. Client will also have the option to purchase a
CD (mailed) for $3 or a thumb drive (mailed) $12.
