• Email deposit slip along with this contract to mjphotobox@yahoo.com
• Keep deposit slip for reference, and to be presented to our staff before the event.
• Crew Meal for Photobooth Staff
• Client will be responsible for any malicious damage done to the photobooth by any of the client’s guest

Deposits are non-refundable. We have the right to use the images for publication advertising, display or for any other
purposes. Miscellaneous charges such as permits are at the expense of the client. Client and MJ Photobox agreed
that in the event of a mechanical failure or for any reason or inability to perform such that MJ Photobox maximum
liability is the return of any payments received. Client agrees that MJ Photobox will not be responsible for
consequential damages. If only partial services can be provided due to conditions beyond MJ Photobox reasonable
control the rental charges are to be refunded on prorated basis. A deposit of 50% or 1,000 is required to hold the date
and the remaining balance shall be paid before the event. If the event is outdoors the client must provide a tented
water proof area to conduct the photobooth session.

Mode of Payments:
50% or 1,000 upon booking & reservation and the remaining balance shall be paid before the event.
