TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. No downpayment, no reservation, no work. We require at least
Three hundred Pesos (300 Php) to reserve the date and time.
Downpayment is non-refundable. Please understand that we have
reserved the date and time and cancelled all other inquiries of
potential customers.

2. Prices stated are VAT Exclusive. If you will need an official receipt,
15% will be added on top of the rates. We can supply acknowledgment
receipts upon request without additional cost.
3. UNLIMITED SHOTS, SINGLE PRINTOUTS, for the whole duration of
the event. Our standard is 4 frames per picture. Additional 1000
pesos/hour is added every frame that is omitted in the layout.
4. Maximum stop time is 30 minutes only. Approval depends on our
schedule of events.
5. Client will secure permit/gate pass from venue. Client will shoulder
corkage services (If applicable/available).
6. Hours of coverage does not include the set-up time. If the set-up
is delayed, start time will be the first shot and adjust the end time with
the number of delayed minutes.
7. Start and end time indicated on this contract is the official time of
photobooth service. Additional charges apply in case you need more
time for photobooth. In cases that we are ready to operate and the
customer wants to start earlier than the usual time, well be adjusting
to an earlier start and end time.
8. Reprinting is 40 pesos per picture. This can only be done after the
photobooth service or if there is idle time.
9. Client will shoulder food and drinks for 2 photobooth operators.
10.
Client agrees, unless proven confidential, that Swish & Click
Photobooth can use all the images taken from the photobooth service
for advertising and marketing purposes.

11.
Event can be cancelled due to acts of God (Bad weather,
earthquake, flood, volcanic eruptions).
12.
Layouts are sent the nearest Monday (Latest is Tuesday) before
the event.
13.
For outdoor events, please secure an8x7feet (Height x Width)
space. We also need to be near a wall that has shade/roof to prevent
our gears from being damaged by strong winds and rains. Ventilation
is also a must so our gears would not overheat.
