hereby depose and state that:

1. On November 6, 2020, I served a copy of the ENTRY OF APPEARANCE

WITH MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE ANSWER dated November 5, 2020 in
CIVIL CASE NO. 14976 entitled, “WILLIAM B. MANDAP vs. R.C. RAMOS
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, represented by its proprietor, RODRIGO C. RAMOS, by
registered mail to:

2. On the same date, I filed the said pleading to court also by registered mail
