Exhibit A

Insurance

1. Seller shall at its own expense obtain and maintain insurance of a type and
amount adequate to cover all loss, damage, liability, and/or costs with respect to which it is liable
to indemnify Buyer under the provisions of the Master Purchase Agreement to which this Exhibit
A is attached.

2. Seller shall not do or omit any act, matter, or thing which may prejudice or render
voidable any insurance as required by this Exhibit A and as required under the provisions of the
Master Purchase Agreement to which this Exhibit A is attached.

3. All required insurance must be provided by carriers with A.M. Best ratings of “A-
X” or better and must be with insurance companies lawfully authorized to do business in the
jurisdiction(s) in which the Purchase Order(s) is/are to be delivered.

4. Except where prohibited by local law, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., and, as

directed and determined by Buyer, other Buyer Affiliate(s), should be named as Additional
Insured to general liability and umbrella liability policies.

5. Each of Seller’s required insurance policies as specified in this Exhibit A must

have at least thirty (30) days’ Notice of Cancellation.

6. Seller shall provide to Buyer Certificates of Insurance evidencing the insurance

coverage as specified below and reflecting the effective date of such coverage.

7. More specifically, Seller shall obtain and maintain the following insurance
coverage with the limits as specified:
 For Purchase Orders to be Delivered to the United States of America (USA):

Seller shall provide an ACORD Certificate of Insurance evidencing at least the following
insurance coverage:

Commercial General Liability

$1,000,000 Each Occurrence

$1,000,000 Personal Injury/Advertising Liability

$2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate

Business Automobile

$1,000,000 Combined Single Limit

Owned, Non-owned or Hired Autos

Buyer’s Property

Value of Buyer’s Property Replacement Cost

A Property Certificate of Insurance for Buyer’s Property with Seller must contain the following
wording: “Property coverage evidenced also affords coverage for property of Vishay
Intertechnology, Inc., and/or Vishay Affiliates in the Buyer’s (insured's) care, custody &
control”.

For Purchase Orders to be Delivered to Any Country Outside the USA:
For Certificates of Insurance to be provided to Buyer by Seller, the insurance coverage limits
specified below may be shown in local currency equivalents. Seller shall provide a Certificate of
Insurance evidencing at least the following insurance coverage:

Commercial General Liability (also may be known as Public and Products Liability)
