One Percent (1%) of member's monthly compensation, for employees earning not
more than P1,500.00 per month

Two Percent (2%) of member's monthly compensation, for employees


earning more than P1,500.00 per month
Employer's are required to provide 2% counterpart contributions to their
qualified employees.
For purposes of computing Pag-IBIG contributions, maximum monthly
compensation is pegged at not more than P5,000.00.

VACATION LEAVE

When an employee is about to take a


planned/scheduled leave, prior approval from
immediate superior must be secured.

Leave Application Form must be filed two (2) days


before the intended absence.
SICK LEAVE
When an employee is unable to report for work
due to an illness, the HR Department & Immediate
Superior has to be notified through the company
cellular phone or landline.

Upon return from absence, employee must


accomplish a Leave Application Form and must
present a medical certificate with a “fit to work”
status before he can report back to work.

Those who will report to work without


medical cert will automatically be “sent home”.
SICK / EMERGENCY LEAVE NOTIFICATION

 Notify HR Department of your absence thru


company phone. Cut off time 8:00am for day shift and
7:30pm for night shift.

 Do not forget to secure a Medical Certificate in


case of sick leave.
 Absences for emergency are only considered if the
employee's immediate family member has developed a
sudden illness and/or confined in a hospital, in case of
death of a legitimate spouse, child, parent, sibling,
parent-in-law and immediate grandparents.
EMERGENCY / SICK LEAVE NOTIFICATION

Note:
For Single Employees- immediate family members
are parents and siblings

For Married Employees- immediate family members


are husband/wife and kids

 In both types of leave, Leave Application Form


shall be filed upon employee’s return to work.
UNIFORM
• Only employees with complete prescribed
uniform will be allowed to enter the company
premises and working area.
• Wearing of uniform shall be strictly observed
every working day.
• Attaching of any unauthorized paraphernalia
in the uniform is prohibited.
I.D. CARD
•Identification (ID) card is considered a company
property and is issued to every employee to
identify legitimacy of employment with the
company.
•The ID card is issued exclusively for every
employee.
•The ID card is non-transferable.
•Use of ID card by any other person is prohibited
and shall be dealt with accordingly
•The ID card must be worn at all times inside the
company premises.
WORKING ETHICS
•Employees are enjoined to report to their respective
work areas promptly and in proper working attire.
•Silence should be observed during working hours.
•Littering anywhere in the company premises is
strictly prohibited. 5S must be observed in all areas.
•Loitering / roaming around anywhere far from the
work area during working hours is prohibited.

•Bringing in and installation of any software not


authorized by the company is strictly prohibited.
WR POST EMPLOYMENT
End of Contract
You will be inform to settle your clearance once
you failed the evaluation.
Resignation
Notice of Resignation must be filed at least thirty
(30) days before the intended date of resignation.
WR CLEARANCE

In case the separated employee is unable to personally


claim his final pay, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
shall be required to allow the authorized representative
to claim the payment and sign the company vouchers
and quit claim.
