Foreword
Articles6.4.3, 6.4.4, 6.8, 8.3,8.4 are recommended., other technical contents are compulsive.
This standard was drafted according to the rules given in GB/T 1.1 - 2009.
This standard replaced GB 713-2008 Steel Plates for Boilers and Pressure Vessels.
Compared with GB 713-2008, the main differences in this standard is as follows:
——Enlarge the thickness scope of the steel plates;
——Subsume Q420R、0 7Cr2AlMoR\,12Cr2MolVR;
——Reduce S and P content of grades;
——Improve the Charpy V-mode impact absorption energy index of grades.
——The compression ratios of steel ingots and electroslag remelted billets have been specified;
——The batching principle for large unit weight steel plates has been specified.
This standard is compiled uses the redrafting method to refer to ISO 9328:2:2011 Steel flat products for
pressure purposes-Technical delivery conditions-Part 2: Non-alloy and alloy steels with specified
elevated temperature properties, It is not equivalent to ISO 9328-2; 2011.
