Terms and Conditions:

By placing an order for products and services with Corporate Gifts, you, the customer, agree to be
legally bound by these terms and conditions:

Pricing and Quotation

• Quotations are only valid 15 days from the date of the quotation.
• Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specification provided by the customer; should there
be any changes in specifications by the customer, estimates will also be subject to change.
Payment
• Corporate Gifts accepts payments in cash and dated check (with 3 days clearance).
• Corporate Gifts reserves the right to request a 70% deposit prior to production.
• Corporate Gifts reserves the right to charge 2% per month for unpaid invoices exceeding the
agreed terms as stated in the preceding page.
• Kindly make remittances payable to FAJF Enterprises or customer may send payment via bank
deposit:
o Bank – BDO Account Name- FAJF Enterprises
o Branch – Philam Tower – Valero Makati

Cancellations
• Cancellations after receipt of signed conforme or purchase order shall be subject to 30% penalty,
in addition to all costs incurred as a result of cancellation.

Files
• The customer should be able to provide digital files of logos/artworks to be printed on the
products. Digital files should be uncompressed, high-resolution, and press quality PDF file`s. •
All artwork, designs and images provided should be at least 300dpi.
• Corporate Gifts will not be responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixelated due to
customer provided artwork.

Proof of Work, Error, and Omissions

• Proof of work will be submitted for customer’s approval.
• Before Corporate Gifts commences with mass production of items, the customer must indicate
their approval by signing on all final proofs. Signed proof of work must be returned to
Corporate Gifts for color reference.
• Corporate Gifts will not be responsible for any error or omission overlooked by the customer
during the proofing process.
• Customer’s alterations and additional proofs necessitated thereby shall be charged as extra to
the customer’s account.

Delivery
• Free-on-board Metro Manila delivery. Our quotation includes delivery to customer addresses
within Metro Manila. Costs of delivery outside the above specifications (i.e courier and
shipping cost) shall be charged extra to the customer’s account.
