DKYC through MKYC(MobileApp)

Requirements

• PAN card copy

• Photograph in DKYC Portal
• Adhar no. for E-signed the document ( client should get OTP from UID )
• Personalized Cancelled cheque/Bank proof (For IMPS failed cases)
• Unique email and mobile number
• Derivative Proof Document (In case F&O and commodity has been opted)
• Nominee can't be selected in Digital process ,however, post account opening he can
send the nominee page and POA to KYC team for the nominee activation and POA
activation
• Only Standard AMC (One Year) will be selected by default. However, if the margin
would be according to the Scheme. The client will avail the benefits accordingly. Very
soon we both the options will be available for SB custom brokerage as well as iTrade
plans ( Rs.15 and Rs.30 flat brokerage Plans)
• IPV : SB should do the IPV on Web Camera
• POA : Should be singed by client only – it will be cross checked by audit and
compliance (Since CDSL will send confirmation to client when we registered POA ,
some of the time client say , he has not singed POA – then it will become issue and
it will be taken disciplinary action on SB as well )
• If client is giving Aadhar Card as a address proof Aadhar number should be Redact or
blackout

 Important points to be noted

• All relevant pages & documents to be uploaded in portal with clear visibility

• Data uploaded in portal should exact match with the uploaded supporting documents

• Kindly use latest version of KYC forms

• Ensure to upload financial proof in case of F&O segment. List of documents is available in checklist in
KYC form

• Ensure to dispatch the original KYC on same day the accounts get activated

• Original form and documents should reach CSO within 72 hours post account activation or else the
account will get deactivated.

• Kindly tie up with a courier company that can deliver the KYC the very next day to CSO.
