TL PAY Mobile app overview
A new innovative mobile application from digital finance vertical
as a one stop solution which will transform every aspect of lending
process, thanks to its convenience, speed, direct integration with all
supporting vendors and wide-ranging features on boarded like real time
monitoring, advanced user interface, Optical character recognition, Real
time live image detection, versatile Business Rule Engine(BRE) to make the
process more efficient and automated process.

With this application the customer will now be able to do the process with
ease without the need of providing all the details and documents to the
BST.

We are now live on Google Play store

Step 1 - LEADSQUARED LOGIN

● The BST will have to login


into the CRM i.e leadsquared
to initiate a TL PAY
application
● BST can select the required
lead and click on the button
“Initiate Loan through Mobile”
available under Loan
payment option.

Step 2 - PAYMENT PORTAL REDIRECT
● On clicking the button, it will
now redirect to the
payment.byjusorders.com
portal.
● New application initiation
page will be displayed.
● With this new approach the
BST will have to enter only
few customer details and the
rest required details will be
captured and process will be
done via mobile application.

Step 3 - APPLICATION INITIATION
BST will have to collect only these below
required details of the customers & have to
enter for APPLICATION INITIATION and
click on the Send application button.

d) Mobile Number *
e) Email Address *
f) Student's Name *
g) Gender *
i) Male
ii) Female
h) Is PAN Available With Customer ?

Step 4 - SENDING APPLICATION LINK TO THE CUSTOMER

An SMS is sent to the customer


with a bit.ly link which will assist the
customer by redirecting to Google
Play stores and to download the
app and initiate application.

Step 5 - CUSTOMER APP LOGIN

Customer will have to login through the mobile


number with which the loan is initiated.

Note: For here the SP has to inform the


Customer to provide the transactional mobile
number for the better lender approvals.

Customer has to enter the 4 digit OTP to start


the application

Customer has to click on Start the Application to


avail loan

Customer can see the Loan application journey


which consists of six parts

1) ID & Address Proof


2) Eligibility Check
3) Upload Bank Statement (Optional)
4) KYC Process
5) Repayment Method
6) Terms and Conditions

STEP 7 A - SCANNING OF KYC DOCUMENTS PAN

Customer has to scan his original PAN Card

With the help of OCR all details will be


fetched automatically

confirm or edit in the application

STEP 8 - REQUEST FOR LIVE LOCATION

permission in TL pay
application to access
his /her current
location

STEP 9- CREDIT ELIGIBILITY CHECK
Customer has to confirm
his details for Credit
Eligibility check by entering
the Experian OTP

while Byju’s sales team


select the best loan for the
customer

STEP 10 -LENDER SELECTION BY BST
BST can select an appropriate
payment Lender for the customer via

STEP 11- ADDITIONAL DETAILS AND LENDER APPROVAL

Customer has to provide

mentioned in the app &
click on save and continue
to process his loan
application

application if the loan has
been approved or rejected

STEP 12 -KYC SELECTION

Customer can complete the KYC process

Via OTP based Aadhaar kyc

Non-Aadhaar based Kyc

where customer has to mandatory upload bank


statement or passbook which should have the
same address as that of proof of address document
(Aadhaar/passport/voter ID)

STEP 13 - AADHAAR BASED O-KYC

Customer has to enter his Aadhaar


Card number & security code
displayed in the app and click on
send OTP to my registered number

Enter OTP received from UIDAI and


create a share code & click on
proceed
(Example of share code-1234)

Customer details as per Aadhaar


would reflect in the application and
customer has to click on finish to
complete the Aadhaar based O kyc

STEP 14 -BORROWER LIVE IMAGE

Customer can click his live image via selfie

Customer has to click on capture now as the


ring around his face gets green

STEP 15- REPAYMENT BANK DETAILS & PROOF

Customer has to enter his/her


bank account details such as
account number,account
holder name,account type &
IFSC and click on save &
continue

And Upload bank proof such


as cancelled cheque or
passbook/bank statement

STEP 16 - SET UP AUTO-REPAYMENT OF LOAN

For auto repayment of loan

Customer can select any of the 3


below mentioned options

mandate registration

STEP 17 - EMANDATE PROCEDURE PART 1

Customer has to enter the security code


sent in his registered mobile number

Customer can verify using Debit card or


netbanking as per the customer bank
eligibility

Customer can cross-check his mandate


details before clicking on submit

Customer has to enter his netbanking


credentials and confirm his e mandate
registration by entering the otp received
from the bank

As E mandate is signed successfully


confirmation received message will
reflect in the portal

STEP 18-DIGITAL SIGNING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customer can review his


application and proceed to digital
signing of terms and conditions

Customer has to enter the security


code sent in his registered mobile
number and click on sign now

STEP 19 - SOFT APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION

As customer sign the Terms and condition page application id will be soft
approved
BDA can check the application status real time in BDA webpage and get
in touch with City PIC for approval 25
