Step 1: Once the loan application is processed the page will be redirected to the
language selection page in hyperverge , where the customer can select his/her
preferable language and click on Proceed button
Step 2: The customer will receive a Hyperverge video verification pop-up window,
he/she needs to click on the Proceed button.

Step 3: The customer will be redirected to a Welcome page of the Hyperverge portal via
the default browser. The customer needs to select on the Start Journey.
Step 4: Once the journey starts, the customer is taken to the Instruction page, where
the customer will select I am ready if he has the requested documents from the
Instruction page.

Step 5: Before connecting to an executive, the customer will have to Allow


permissions for Camera, Microphone, and Location
Step 6: Once the permission is granted the page will redirect you for internet
testing.

Step 7: Page will display a screen showing the Waiting time for the customer and
then the video call will start and customer need to verify the asked questions.
