HOW TO USE NEW E-SPACE FLATFORM (FOR E-SPACE TEACHERS)

Requirements:
- Use laptop, PC have front camera or pluged webcame.
- Download & install Google Chrome with latest version.
- Install Chrome plugin (extension) Screen Capturing (Link install )
- High speed internet connection (upload speeds of at least 3 Mbps)

How to setup:
- Open your teacher’s page on Chrome browser https://e-space.vn/teacher/
- Login by E-space teacher account
- On booking time, teacher must click button on the teacher’s Page to teach.

- Allow E-space application use Camera and microphone:

Require:
- Teachers have to use Chrome browser, and must install a plugin [Sreen Capturing]

1. Sharing document
When the teacher and student are on the classroom, you will see the button: Desktop sharing

- Teacher click the button Desktop sharing to start to share screen

- Step 1: You have to click at small window to seclect screen
- Step 2: Click share button to start sharing

(The tab: Application Window: you can ignore it)

The Teacher’s screen will show as below:

- The teacher click “stop sharing” button to stop it (it will take some seconds to stop it)
 E-space flatform troubleshooting

1. How do I check microphone settings in E-space flatform?

When student can not hear you, teacher can check microphone setting to make sure it’s
working.
Step 1: Setup the right microphone as default device on your computer
Right click Sounds icon > recording device > select right headphone to set default device.
