Operation Business Controller (Apr 2017-Dec 2019)

As Operations Business Controller for Specialized Nutrition (SN) Division, I was part of
the largest SN profit centre globally and work in a highly demanding and fast-changing
environments. Reported to Finance Director Operations and a key member of the
Finance Leadership Team. As a Business Controller, I was responsible for strategic and
operational business planning, financial performance analysis and animation, driving
company budget rolling-forecast as strategic planning cycles, COGS management,
orchestrating alignment between Finance, Operations, Commercial, Regional & Global
key stakeholders, supporting investment business cases, and consolidation & reporting
of results across 4 factories and 3 legal entities.

great quality and timely budget exercise. As a result, appointed as the best budget
proposal for the year of 2019 in ASPAC.
 Responsible for overall monthly closing & all management reporting as per Global
calendar. Review accounting JV and ensure all accounting transaction posted
correctly. Perform detail performance analysis for local management (BoD) and
regional stakeholders (ASPAC Finance Regional team)

As Operations FBP, I was part of the Indonesia Operation Leadership Team and work
with challenging financial situations. Reported to Regional ASPAC FBP and dotted
matrix to corporate Finance Director. As an FBP, I was the key touchpoint for Indonesia
Leadership Team and bring the financial vision into strategic actions for operation.
Together with Plant Director, driving initiatives as principal change agents and working

Finance Controller (July 2012 - Mar 2015)

As Finance Controller, I was part of Indonesia GMS Division Leadership Team and work
with a strategic work environment during the transition of organizational changes.
Report to Regional ASPAC FC and dotted matrix to Operation Director. As FC, my role
was also to act as Head of Finance for GMS Division and as a business partner for
Consumer Division FD, and Pharma Division FD. My responsibilities were covering
financial and accounting activities for 3 Indonesia manufacturings (2 consumer plants,
and 1 antibiotic plant)

Key Deliverables
 Responsible for implementation of accounting principals, compliance, and ensure
all transaction posted correctly align with local statutory guidance and
international financial reporting standard, and also in good time manner. Ensure
first time right journal transaction performance.
 Review financial statement for division in monthly basis. Represent company and
liaise with external audit to conduct yearly financial audit.
 Responsible for overall Monthly Closing & All Management Reporting as per Global
Calendar. Present the financial performance and its analysis (actual vs budget vs
rolling forecast), highlight for financial risk and action plan to mitigate the issue.
 Drive Annual Budget, 5y Strategic Planning, Monthly Rolling Forecast Process with
full P/L, B/S and FCF. Presenting budget exercise and plan KPI’s to the regional
leadership team.
 Responsible for standard product costing process and ensure that all elements are
considered with maximum product absorption to avoid loss in operations.
 As a financial advisor for operational cost, creating financial animation and financial
overview for each department and share through monthly strategic meetings.
 Ensure that all financial activities are in line with financial SOP, IFRS, and local
statutory guidance (PSAK).
 Managing the financial aspect of site projects, especially budget spending and
capitalizations.

Operation Controller (June 2011 – June 2012)

As Operation Controller, I was responsible for all Operations Finance aspects, including
standard cost calculation, product pricing, operation variance, fixed asset capitalization
and depreciation. I was reported to Regional APJ Finance Director and dotted matrix to
the Site Director. I was also preparing and analysing the actual performance compared
to budget and forecast. Highlight risks and opportunities, communicate to Site
Director, and do proper actions to secure the Company’s profitability. Review and
monitor the progress of operating expenses and ensure it is in line with the budget
commitment. Ensure optimum cost controlling by challenging every department for
actual expenses versus budget versus trend.

L’Oreal Manufacturing Indonesia

Cost Controller Leader (June 2009-May 2011)

As Cost Controller leader, I was responsible to calculate standard product costing and
product pricing (transfer prices) of each SKU mainly during the budget process for the
existing products and new product launches. Prepare and analyze financial actual
performance, do variance analysis of actual results compare to Budget and Trend,
highlight the risk and opportunity, communicate risk and opportunity to Finance and
Accounting Director and Plant Director and do proper actions to secure Company’s
profitability. Together with finance and accounting department on supervising tax
calculation (VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax). Member of special tax
task force during tax audit, tax court, and tax appeal. I also managing supplier database
in the system and ensure all supplier information such as bank information, contact
address, etc are updated. Collaboration with the Production team to calculate efficiency
and productivity level. Work closely with Logistic Department to make sure that the
Company has the most optimum inventory level, stock coverage, as well as efficient
supplies and create monthly inventory reporting and present it to the Group. And work
closely with the Human Resources Department for headcount follow up and actual
availability hours.

As treasury leader, I was responsible for company free cash flow. Managing company
liquidity, cash performance, loan management, hedging transaction, and managing
