Responsibilities:
• Support the business leadership in the continued growth of the firm; provide operational advice
to the business and department heads all initiatives pertaining to financial controls.
• Lead all aspects of financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and taxations at
country level.
• Manage, monitor and develop the finance team; supervise the team in understanding and
setting up standard procedures as well as ensuring accuracy of financial information.

Indonesia. The Cikondang project is a high-grade gold, silver and base metals sulphide mine in West
Java and the flagship project for Paramount. The Cikondang gold project is at development,
engineering and financing stage.

• Manage the Jakarta and site office accounting function including development of team.
• Preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts as well as management of cash and treasury duty.

annum and annual production of approximately 70,000 ozs gold equivalent. Antam is an Indonesian
publicly listed mining company (IDX Code: ANTM; ASX Code: ATM) that has consolidated net profit of
IDR 604.3 billion (US$ 67 million) for year 2009 from its total sales revenue on nickel, gold and
trading at IDR 8,711 billion (US$ 968 million) as the operating result of IDR 9,940 billion (US$ 1,104
million) assets.

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting duties for Jakarta and site office including
financial accounting and management reporting to the group head office.
• Ensure all the tax returns and financial reports in compliance with the prevailing tax law,
Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Review the monthly management accounting, variance analysis and forecast reports, and
perform internal control according to group policy and procedures.

• Providing all financial aspects for the due diligence and valuation works of the acquisition
process of Cibaliung gold mine.
• Securing the transfer of all properties of Cibaliung gold mine including gold processing plant and
mobile & heavy mine equipment in term of assets register and insurance coverage.
• Data migration and implementation of Mincom Ellipse EAM/ERP system in conjunction with
conversion to Indonesian Rupiah accounting from US Dollar accounting.

PT Indonusa Mining Services


A subsidiary of ARC Exploration Limited, Australia (formerly Austindo Resources Corporation NL; ASX
Code: ARX) that manages ARC projects in Indonesia. ARC is a public company listed on Australian
Securities Exchange that developing Cibaliung gold mine project at south-western Java and exploring
Trenggalek gold project at south-eastern Java. The development of Cibaliung project costs US$ 90
million which the US$ 38 million funded by ANZ Banking Group Limited.
Aug 2003 – Feb 2009: Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the all aspects of finance and accounting functions for Indonesian operations including
monthly management reporting to head office and cash flow management.
• Review the financial processing and statutory accounts reporting in compliance with IAS & IFRS.
• Identify and analyse the potential tax risks in financial transaction, and provide recommendation
and tax plan.
• Ensuring and maintenance of an effective system for internal controls.
