2. Certificate of Registration with the respective District Industries 
Centre of the state where the unit is located in case their industry is 
registered with DIC. (Notarised in Original)
 3. Certificate of Registration with National Small Industries 
Corporation (NSIC) , in case their industry is registered with NSIC.

g) Details of Plant & Machinery (Self­certified)

          In case of STARTUPS, they have to submit (upload online) a 
veifiable  certificate  of  recognition  from  the  concerned  Govt. 
Authorities  for  consideration  with  respect  to  relaxation  on  prior
turnover  and  prior  experience.  The  above  is  subject  to  the  condition 
that  the  firm  has  the  required  manufacturing,  testing  &  inspection
facilities.  However,  for  the  items  related  to  Pulblic  safety,  health,
critical  security  operations  and  equipments,  etc.,  relaxation  shall  not 
be applicable. 

  Upon acceptance of your registration, you will be allotted a 
Vendor Code, which will be intimated to you by e­mail to your 
registered e­mail address.
