What is Constitution :
❑Constitution is a written and dynamic document containing
rules to regulate the government and is highest law of the
country
MAKING OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION :
❑1934 : Proposal of Constituent Assembly by M.N Roy

❑1935 : INC officially demanded Constituent Assembly to frame


Indian Constitution

❑1940 : In August Offer British accepted that Indian


Constitution will be framed by Indians and Dominion status will
be given.

❑1946 : Cabinet Mission arrived which recommended formation


of Constituent Assembly
