We are writing this mail in good faith so that university and management can understand each other’s points

because in the end management and university are the 2 side of a same coin.

We have listed some of the major concerns that worries us in context to giving SEM-1 END SEM OFFLINE

 Since 80% of students are from outside it is very difficult for us to settle down at a new place alongside
preparing for exams.
 Getting accommodation is very difficult because of COVID-19.
 The syllabus is very lengthy and vast and due to which preparing for the 7 subjects is very difficult for an
offline exam.
 Till now we have studied online by attending the lectures virtually and have done the preparation for the
same accordingly. Giving offline will create a disruption in our pattern of learning also keeping in mind the
present COVID-19 scenario and accommodation issues.
 Since our batch is filled which students coming from various states and cities, for them transportation is a
huge problem and many of them reside in places where COVID-19 cases are booming or red alert areas.
 If our parents don’t agree for an offline examination will you allow us for an online examination.
 In case of transition of settling down and coming to university for giving exams if a student gets COVID-19
positive, will the university take responsibility of life of the particular student.
 If a COVID-19 positive student is unable to attend the exam due to his/her illness what will be the outcome
of the same?
 We believe that students get enrolled in an education firm to learn and get prepared for the world, but over
here we think that our future is at stake for following reasons
1) Appearing at university for giving offline exam
2) The syllabus taught to us is done for the sake of teaching instead of learning
3) Syllabus is too vast and is expected from students to be able to understand a 6 months course in mere 3
months.
4) We understand that university is abided to complete the syllabus but main motto of that is so that
students can learn out of it and over here it is impossible to learn since we are taught at the speed of
lightining,
5) Requesting you to cut down the syllabus to 50% since it is very difficult to cope up with.
 In the end we would like to conclude that we understand the situation that we are running behind the
syllabus and we are trying our best to support the management in every manner we could but somewhere
we as students expect the management to try and understand our concerns regarding the same.
 Hoping for a positive response.
