MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Between

OTB FM – FOOD & MUSIC FESTIVAL

and

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets for the terms and understanding between the
OTB and the (Name of the RESTAURANT/ CLIENT) about the PARTICIPATION IN OTB’s
FOOD AND MUSIC FESTIVAL.

Welcome to the OTB’s Family, with the participation you have become an integral part of
the food fest thus working for the best of the interest of both is what we strive for.

This MOU represents the relationship between OTB and the client. The client

OTB will provide the client with stalls, chairs, tables and electricity.

 Client will do the branding of the stalls on their own/ to be done by OTB (extra charges).
 Client has to bring their cooking materials and ingredients on their own.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS:

 The client can pay either by cheque/ cash in case of payment through cheque there will be
an additional of 18% GST on the base amount.
 Payment once received is not refundable.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS OBTAINED FROM THE CLIENT.

1. Food License
2. Registration of the firm
3. Id proof of owner
4. Name/ number and id of the volunteers in the stall
5. 2 Passport size photo graphs and members of their team

REPORTING/COMMUNICATION:

OTB will also provide volunteers; who will be co-coordinating with the food stall owners during
the event,
The core team of OTB is available during office hours for any kind of queries and doubts we will
be happy to help.

DURATION:
The event timing is 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm; the client has to accordingly manage their time for
their set up of the stall.
