Food Vendors Application Form

CJs Events Warwickshire, 37 Park Street, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4QN Thank you for showing interest to attend the Leamington Summer Festival on 12th & 13th July 2014. This is an application form & not a booking form. All Food Vendors will be reviewed first, should your application be successful we will contact you on how to confirm your booking. What we need to know or require from you: Business Name Business Address Contact Name Telephone Numbers Email Address Approximate size of pitch required.
Please state number, type and size of vehicles you will be bringing and which of these will need to stay on pitch (Please note all pitch sizes need to be agreed in advance by a member from the events team)

Food/Drink Type
Please give details on what food/drink you will sell at the Leamington Summer Festival

Please include Copies of your current Food Hygiene Certificate, Public and other relevant insurance certificates including risk assessment forms. (Please attach with this booking form)

Trading times: Food vendors can TRADE (Sell to public) from set up until 7pm on both days. NO trading permitted after this time Pitch Fee = 175.00 per day or 250.00 if you book for both days (12th & 13th July 2014)

50 deposit required when booking (Should your application be accepted) Balance required no later than Friday 30th May 2013. Failure to settle balance on or before this date will result in the cancellation of your pitch, no deposits will be refunded.
