Show Date / Location: Times: Setup: Eligibility: Saturday August 24th 2013 Freedom Fire Hall, East Freedom PA. 9:00 AM ---- 7:00 PM Saturday 6:00 AM 8:30 AM Please have all vehicles removed by 8:30am Open to all vendors selling quality new, unused items. This includes Churches, youth groups, and other civic organizations as long as you are selling something. Please include 2 photos of your booth and/or products. Spaces are first come, first serve and may be limited based on categories and availability. Please check in upon arrival and you will be directed to your location. All vendors will be in the ball field across from the fire hall. Electricity will not be provided.. If your booth requires it, you will have to provide a QUIET generator. No Flea Market, Yard Sale, or solicitation booths will be accepted. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ITEMS CAN BE SOLD FROM YOUR STAND without prior approval. Teardown: All booths must be torn down following the show. Please do not tear your display down before the show ends. The space fee is $25 per 10 x 10 . 8 Tables are available to rent for $5 Each. Tents are Recommended. In the event of rain, we will try to accommodate all vendors with spaces within the fire hall. Nothing is guaranteed so be prepared for the conditions. Vendor Parking will be available and you will be directed to it at check-in. Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled. THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE RESERVES THE OPTION FOR PLACEMENT of SPACES. SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED IN THE ORDER APPLICATION ARE RECEIVED NO EXPECTIONS. Return registration form by August 14, 2013.
