Registration Information: $40.00 No access to Electricity needed* Registration Fee Includes: An approximate 8 * 8 indoor space (you must provide all displays & tables to fit in this space; Tables max 6 feet) Vendor Badge Seating Listing in the Event Program Advertising & Promotion in various media outlets (Radio, newspaper & print, Outdoor signage, internet, event program) $45.00 Access to Electricity needed*

Note: Only 1 booth per business will be allowed in order to accommodate everyone. (i. e.- Scentsy, Avon, etc)
*Make all checks payable to SSS* **All Payments and this application must be received no later than November 15th Fees are nonrefundable**

SSS Gift Faire Rules, Terms, and Conditions for the Event

This event will be held Saturday, December 3, 2011. Event hours are from 10 am to 3 pm. Set up times for this event from 08:00 to 945 am. Take down times from 3:15 pm to 5 pm. The exhibitor agrees to have their booth completely assembled and ready for show no later than 945 am the date of the event. The exhibitor agrees to maintain his/her booth until the 3 pm close time. The promoter, Support Sonora School (SSS), or facility (Sonora Elementary School), assumes no risk, and by accepting the terms of this agreement, the exhibitor releases both from any, and all, liability for any damage, injury, loss or damages to goods within booth space. There will be no alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises of the event for sale or consumption. There will be no tobacco or illegal substances on the premises of the event for sale or consumption. SES is a Drug Free Zone! Exhibitor is required, and assumes all responsibility, to have any and all permits necessary to operate their booth for this event. Exhibitor is responsible to collect any, and all, sales tax and report it accordingly. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, or reschedule, event date for any reason. Exhibitor displays, banners, goods, etc. must not be a hindrance to neighboring booths. Booths, or their content, will not be of political or religious nature. Exhibitor will not be allowed to tape, mount, staple, tack, or nail displays, banners, etc if they will cause damage to the facility.
