AGENDA
1) To carry out an event named Virtual Vadodara Marathon in the month of April 2020
2) To plan the goals and layout the tasks.
3) Create awareness and motivate people to participate.
4) Create a list of media where marketing can be done and rough estimation of the
finance required.
5) To look for the systems and software’s to make Virtual Vadodara Marathon possible.
6) To work on sponsors and media.
7) To create a buzz with the help of Public Relation Manager.
8) To setup the events and workout the plan of participation.
9) To allocate roles and responsibilities.
