#2: What is the OUTCOME? What does success look like? (30 pts.

What is the hoped-for outcome or the goal of the evangelism/outreach process

(sowing the “seed,” conversion, transformation, etc.)? What are the indicators that
your goal has been reached (individual conversions, community transformation, life
transformation, etc.)? What are the critical benchmarks or steps that must be
completed along the way? How does the evangelism ministry influence people’s
relationship with others? What are the scriptural imperatives for evangelism/outreach
ministry of the local church? Include specific, measurable criteria for success as well
as clear steps to success.

Our outreach plan's expected result is to sow a seed that will eventually cause a radical

unification and restoration within the community. We want people to perceive a change for

good in the atmosphere of this community. Our goal is to fulfill the commission that our Lord

Jesus Christ left us to make disciples. The process to achieve this goal requires group and

individual work from each of the people in our team through prayer and intercession and

commitment to spreading the gospel by reaching groups and individuals within the Central

community.

Some indicators that our goal has been reached may include testimonials from people of the

community who have witnessed a difference between the past and what is happening now.

Every community transformation begins with an individual transformation; therefore, reaching

specific individuals is essential for us. We expect to see individual conversions in the people

attending Central HS, Tulsa Juvenile Bureau, and John 3:16 mission. We also hope that

community and life transformation can be evident in the community's public sites, such as

Zeigler Park, through the peace and love of Christ reigning over families and groups.
The steps we must take along the way for our outreach plan are to know our action plan and be

spiritually prepared for anything we will face. Unbelievers in this community lack adequate

information or have misconceptions about God, man, sin, and Jesus Christ, and this must be

brought by us, as the church, under biblical revelation. We must redefine their wrong concepts

of God in line with biblical truth.

The ministry of evangelism will influence people into a relationship with God and a relationship

with the person carrying the word as long as it is done out of love. We must understand that

the true gospel is what someone brings you, telling you good news, such as Jesus today wants

to enter your life, give you life and not death. Therefore, as we bring others closer into a

relationship with Jesus, they get closer to those whose Spirit is guided by Him.
When evangelizing, it is important supporting our brothers and sisters in prayer. It is a biblical

principle that Jesus sent his disciples to preach two by two. (Luke 10. 1 - 3)

We must be kind to the person to whom we will share the gospel; we must be careful not to

become "sharks." People must see in us the joy and happiness in our hearts that comes from

Jesus Christ.

(Proverbs 15:13)

We must present the message of salvation in a concrete and precise way. For many ways, that

may fall into the conversation, whether doctrines or norms, we must be clear that you will not

preach religion or rules, but Jesus. We must expose in the conversation that whoever believes

in Jesus will be saved, and if he/she confesses with his mouth and believes with his heart, he

will be saved.

To have success in evangelism, we must never get off the topic of Jesus.
