Tell me about yourself?

My name is Nishant Kumar Singh. I was born and brought up in Patna, Bihar. Currently I am
pursuing MBA in Marketing from Pune Institute of Business Management. I have done
graduation In BBM from CIMAGE College Patna and completed my primary and secondary
education from D.A.V.

I interned with Maruti Leather Crafts a leather product manufacturing company for 90 days and
Shree Balaji Tradings a FMCG HORECA product company for 45 days where I developed a
number of skills and got ample exposure.

I have 9 months of work experience in Chanakya educational trust an education-based

company as a Business development manager where I had to set meetings with various
colleges and Institutes to make a tie up with our company for generating business.

Gradually I am also trying to polish my skills further so that I can contribute meaningfully within
a team at a respected company like yours. During my graduation I have also done 3 months
certification in customer service.

Talking about my achievements I have represented my state in Kabaddi on national level

matches and got selected as a national best kabaddi player twice.

What is your Strength?

My strongest asset is my work ethic and my willingness to step in when needed. I’m not afraid to take
on a difficult client or to do multiple tasks that nobody else wants because those are the clients and
tasks that teach me the most.

Wherever I have worked before either its my first company or my last Internship I had been recognized
as a best employee either in the terms of discipline, work and of course for never missing any deadline.

Along with these I am a self-driven person and always ready to take Initiative.

Salary expectation?
This job looks promising and exciting to me. I see myself progressing in the corporate world while
working for your esteemed organization. The work atmosphere here will be different from what I have
experienced in the past. Money is surely an important aspect but yes, the package which the company
have mentioned in the JD is good enough.

How will you handle an angry customer?

First of all, active listening is the main thing which I will implement while listening to any angry customer
and will apologize for the problem they are having.

The next thing I will do is I will take full responsibility as being a part of organization and will listen their
full concern but on the same line I will protect my brand from negative mentions. After that I will start
building a trust with customer that I can understand clearly that what his/her issue is. And I will let the
customer talk until he doesn't have anything else to say and then and I will start talking and will provide
the best possible solution to the customer and lastly will ask if any more concerns where I can help him.

Hobbies?
“To be honest, I am yet to figure out a single hobby. If doing something that gives me immense pleasure
is the definition of a ‘hobby’, I would be glad to say that I have many. The list would include teaching
school kids in my neighborhood, motivating others, playing different sports, tending to plants, Daily
exercises, Doing trekking and most importantly helping my mom in making foods.
