2. ICOW the above reference, you are hereby directed to explain within 24
hours upon receipt hereof why no disciplinary action shall be taken against you for
being absent on February 23, 2021 during the scheduled online classes of Section 4-
Delta.

3. Failure to explain on the aforementioned time and date, will be

considered a waiver on your part to be heard and this Office will be constraint to impose
disciplinary action against you.
