Project Description:
The Lusail development (LRT) is approximately 38 km and the LRT covers
the whole development. The LRT comprises, 4 tramway operating lines. Total
service network: 33 km. Track equipped with catenary-free system: 44 km.
Approximately 7 km of underground cut-and-cover tunnel. 24 at-grade stations.
8 fully underground stations. 1 viaduct including an elevated station inter-
connecting with the regional rail. 1 depot site including workshop, maintenance
and storage facilities, an administration and operations control Centre. 28
tramway vehicles, each with a capacity of 221 passengers.
• Reporting daily activities and HSE issues to the Manager.
• Conducting site induction for Sub-Contractors and Third parties and Visitors.
• Conducting Temporary operation& Refresher Training(TO)for safe working in
Energized room & Energized Track areas.
• Attending Construction Management Meeting On weekly Basis and TLM
Meeting to advice construction on HSE requirements
• Carryout Subcontractor workers community inspections as per Qatar

The Sheraton Park Project (SPP) is the Design & Build of a large Public
Garden in front of the Sheraton Hotel. A 7 hectares public garden with water
features, plantations, walkways in granite paving, etc. The Park provides
amenities such as children play ground area, restaurants and cafés. Four
levels of underground parking for about 2,700 cars. A 66 KV / 11 KV primary
sub-station. A tunnel below the Corniche road linking the car parks of the SPP
and the Doha Convention Center.
Responsibilities:
