PRINCIPLES OF EDUCATIONAL / INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP

• 3 insights that I learned from the discussion of Ma’am Evangeline are first about the Goal of
Educational Leadership is to improve the quality of education and the education system itself.
Second about the Philosophy of Leadership in Education actions become transparent and
more consistent, and enable leaders to be more intentional in their leadership. Lastly, the
PRINCIPLES OF LEADERSHIP IN EDUCATION are a framework of actions you can take as a
leader to inspire others to work together toward a common goal—they are the foundation for
success.
