3 Things I learned about the supervisory organization of Department of

Education (DEPED) are, first, It is important to know the organizational structure
because it provides guidance to all employees by laying out the official reporting
relationships that govern the workflow of the company. Second, is the importance of
having an organizational structure and lastly, on what is the purpose of organizational
structure.

2 things I will do to apply what I learned are first I will share it to my co-teachers
and friends and lastly I will still do my research so I can learn more about it.

1 assessment I can give to myself is that I need to dig more about my topic and
do my research about it.
